If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
